Requests are not confirmed bookings

Submitting a form, sending a message, or requesting an estimate does not create a contract, reserve an appointment, or guarantee that Rivertrace will accept the work. A project is accepted only after Rivertrace reviews the scope and the parties approve the applicable estimate or service agreement.

Service descriptions and pricing

Website descriptions, starting prices, visit durations, and examples are provided for general guidance. The actual scope, price, materials, access requirements, and scheduling are confirmed for each project. Materials and customer-selected products are separate unless an approved estimate states otherwise.

Service boundaries

Rivertrace provides defined home-help services and does not offer electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roof repair or roof washing, structural or permitted work, in-wall low-voltage wiring, major remodeling, appliance or electronic repair, or other work requiring a licensed trade or permit. Rivertrace may decline or stop work when the requested task, site conditions, access, product instructions, or safety considerations fall outside the approved scope.

Accuracy and homeowner responsibility

You agree to provide reasonably accurate project details and to request work only when you are the property owner or have the owner’s authorization. Photos and remote descriptions can assist with estimating but may not reveal concealed, damaged, unsafe, or unexpected conditions.

Website availability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every page will always be error-free. Rivertrace may update services, pricing, coverage areas, or website content without prior notice.

Intellectual property

The Rivertrace name, branding, website design, written content, and original graphics are owned by Rivertrace or used with permission. You may view and print website content for personal evaluation of Rivertrace’s services, but may not reproduce or commercially use it without written permission.
