Can I bundle several projects?

Do I provide materials?

Either approach works. Tell us what materials or hardware you already have ready. Any materials purchased by Rivertrace are listed separately.

Do you offer free onsite estimates?

Most work is priced from your descriptions and photos. Larger or unusual work is discussed first so the right next step can be determined before a visit is scheduled.

How does scheduling work?

Submit your preferred timing with the project list. Rivertrace reviews the scope before confirming the appointment.

What home technology work do you handle?

Do you install holiday lights?

Yes. Rivertrace installs and removes plug-in seasonal lighting for rooflines, entries, shrubs, and small trees. Displays are quoted before scheduling. New outlets, permanent wiring, hardwired controls, and other electrical modifications are excluded.

What work is excluded?

Rivertrace does not perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roof repair or roof washing, structural, permitted, or in-wall low-voltage work, or other work that requires a licensed trade or permit.

Is cleanup included?

Yes. Normal packaging, dust, and installation debris created by Rivertrace’s work are gathered before the visit is complete.

Do you accept tenant requests?
